Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Food and Beverage Servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service in a extremely fast-paced environment.
Duties:
– Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly
– Serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
– Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section
– Upsell additional products when appropriate
Qualifications:
– Minimum three years experience in a fast paced restaurant/Pub environment is preferred.
– Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities
– Strong beer and Wine knowledge is a plus
– You need to have the ability to work efficiently in a team environment
– Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
– Must be able to handle high-stress situations and multitask effectively
