Jong Young Flower Market is a store operated by the most experienced florists in the industry. In this position, you will have the chance to perform in a fast-paced environment with friendly staff. We are seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Florist who is passionate about floral design.
Responsibilities, duties, and traits we are looking for:
A responsible individual who can keep up in a fast-paced environment and work with a positive attitude
Take customer orders
Be on cash
Prepare arrangements to customers’ specifications
Arrange flowers using floral foam and other materials
Package orders for delivery
Required to work overtime if needed (Holidays)
Someone who has lots of experience in designing flowers
Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
Create and arrange floral designs for various occasions, such as weddings, funerals, and special events
Assist customers in selecting appropriate floral arrangements and provide recommendations based on their preferences and budget
Process customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain inventory of floral supplies and ensure stock levels are sufficient
Previous experience working as a florist
Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering suggestions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
Process payments using a POS system and handle cash transactions
Keep the store clean and organized
Assist with e-commerce orders and online sales
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online sales is desirable
Please note that proficiency in English is required for this position.

Salary: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
