### Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service mindset, we would love to hear from you. ### Responsibilities: – Greet customers and provide assistance in finding products or answering questions – Maintain a clean and organized sales floor – Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently – Process customer transactions, including cash handling and credit card transactions – Promote and upsell products to customers based on their needs – Provide product knowledge and information to customers – Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels – Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service – Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner ### Experience: – Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred – Strong communication skills, both verbal and written – Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment – Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers – Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions – Knowledge of account management principles is a plus – Fluency in multiple languages is an asset If you are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
