PremierGarage of Milwaukee is seeking an experienced and dedicated Epoxy Floor Coating Installer.
This position works locally in the greater Milwaukee area (no overnights). The typical settings are garages, basements, mechanical rooms and workshops in existing structures and new construction. You will play a vital role in enhancing our clients’ spaces by applying high-quality floor coatings that meet our standards of excellence.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformation of residential and commercial environments while working with a passionate team and room to grow into a lead role.
Experience is required with proven knowledge of concrete and the construction industry. Starting pay up to $35/hour (based on experience). Benefits are available after 90 day probationary period.
Job Requirements
- Daily start time 7 AM – Mon-Fri, occasional Saturdays
- Full-time (40+), Year-Round (No Layoffs)
- Valid WI Driver’s License – motor vehicle record will be checked for last 3-5 years.
- Ability to drive small box truck
- Able to lift 50+ Lbs.
Job Duties
- Repair and prepare concrete surfaces as needed
- Install topical coatings per guidelines
- Install Vinyl Base as required per project
- Work in Residential and Commercial settings
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and with a team
- Use shop equipment and tools
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
- Customer communication as needed (process for installation)
