Flat Roofing Laborer with 1-2yrs Experience Jobs in Edmonton at Paradigm Roofing
We are a small roofing crew that takes pride in doing high-quality work that lasts. We have a solid partnership that keeps us fully booked and busy straight through the summer. We need a reliable labourer to start immediately. You don’t need to be an expert, but you must be physically strong, show up on time daily, and be a quick learner.We work fast and safe, so we need someone who pays attention and moves with a sense of urgency. What the job looks like:
- Hands-on Roofing: You’ll be helping us install and fix roofs using TPO and EPDM.
- Heavy Lifting: You’ll be moving heavy rolls, materials, &tools all day.
- Sealing the Job: You’ll be using caulking and sealants to make sure every roof we do is 100% waterproof.
- Tool Work: You’ll be using hand and power tools daily. We expect you to use them right and keep it safe.
- Helping: Whether it’s keeping site clean or helping other crew member prep the structure, you’re ready to jump in where needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Right Attitude: We prefer some construction knowledge but willing to train if you’re ready to work.
- Construction Fit: Lift upto 50lbs heavy materials, climb ladders, and stay moving all day.
- Basic Carpentry/Tool Sense: Know basic hand tools and power tools. Otherwise be able to learn using them safely & fast.
- Safety First: Look out for yourself and your teammates. You follow the rules so everyone goes home in one piece.
Schedule:
- Between 8-10 hour shifts. Extra hours is optional but no overtime.
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Occasional travel:
- Shared accommodation & meal allowance will be given where applicable for out of town jobs.
