Main Purpose of Job:
As a bra fitter at Brachic, you offer a one on one fitting service and advice. This service is a
collaboration between the client and the fitter where you work within your clients’ boundaries.
Using your technical expertise and product knowledge, you find a bra/undergarments/swimwear
that fits your client’s wants and needs. In this position you need to show patience and
compassion.
You will offer a judgement free and no pressure environment to your clients and potential clients,
always making sure they leave happy with the bra/undergarment that truly fits them.
Reports to:Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
On a daily basis, the fitter will be expected to perform all/some of the following duties:
Provide detailed one on one fitting service in accordance to our policies.
Greet customers and answer questions about inventory.
Provide feedback regarding merchandising opportunities to improve execution
Conduct daily review and inspection of sales floor to ensure everything is in place
Ensure fitting room readiness for the next customer
Assist in implementation or review window installations and interior displays
Optimize and maintain the use of visual assets such as fixtures, props and marketing;
ensure all marketing and creative layer is current
Assist in maintaining social media presence Instagram/Facebook
Properly store and maintain visual assets to avoid damage and communicate to leadership
if damages are identified
Maintain backroom standards as product flows to and from the sales floor
Stock and/or restock inventory
Maintain a focus on exceptional customer experience as our premier differentiator, to build
loyalty and support our culture
Prepare for each shift by maintaining awareness of all sales, promotions and applicable
procedures
Take initiative to recover and replenish merchandise, so it is available to sell
Understand and adhere to visual merchandising brand standards
Assist in housekeeping of sales floor and communicate maintenance issues
Keep an awareness of, and building personal capability in, loss prevention
Support all activities related to providing a safe working environment
Understand and demonstrate company values
Assist in receiving inventory
Organize and tidy inventory and displays
Light cleaning of all shop areas
Assisting in opening and closing the store
Other tasks or duties may be required from time to time based on business requirements.
Qualifications:
2+ years retail experience
Previous experience fitting bras or undergarments preferred
