Fish Processing Plant Worker Jobs in Lunenburg at Cedar Bay Grilling Company Limited
Responsibilities:
– Perform various tasks in a fish processing environment, including but not limited to cutting, trimming, and packaging fish products.
– Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure product quality and safety.
– Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring proper functioning and making minor repairs as needed.
– Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a smooth workflow.
– Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and productivity.
Experience:
– Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in fish cutting , is highly desirable.
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
– Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
