Hammer and Nails Handyman is a growing startup seeking a high-level Finish Specialist to join our core team in Pittsburgh South and Pittsburgh West. As we expand our remodeling division, we need a "closer", someone who excels at the final details that turn a construction site into a beautiful home. This is a unique opportunity to get in early with a small, dedicated crew and take a lead role in ensuring every project meets our high standards of craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the final phase of kitchen, bath, and basement remodels with an eye for perfection.
- Expertly install finish trim, crown molding, baseboards, and interior doors.
- Perform high-end drywall finishing, including seamless taping, mudding, and texture matching.
- Execute "punch list" items such as hardware installation, caulking, and minor touch-ups.
- Mentor our younger team members on the techniques required to achieve a professional-grade finish.
Qualifications:
- Extensive, demonstrable experience in residential finish carpentry and drywall finishing.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and fix imperfections from earlier project phases.
- Proficiency with a wide range of professional finish tools, including miter saws and pneumatic nailers.
- A "perfectionist" mindset with the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
