Position Description As the Controller, you are a key player within our organization, reporting directly to the CEO.
Responsible for driving the financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting company-wide, and providing valuable insights that will contribute to the overall success of the company.
You will
lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating closely with department heads to align financial goals with broader company objectives, and continually refining forecasting models to adapt to the
dynamic
nature of the tech startup landscape. Furthermore, accountable for presenting comprehensive financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and fostering a culture of
innovation
and
continuous improvement
within the business. This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will be required to work in the office multiple days a week.

What you bring to the team Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CA or CPA preferred. Proven experience – 5+ years in a senior accounting role with a focus on FP&A. Previous experience working for a SaaS organization and/or early-stage startup. Demonstrated expertise in securing funding through successful participation in investment rounds. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
