Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the Financial Analyst FP&A will support the operations departments with financial and operating budget development, forecasting and reporting.
The position will work with the finance team to conduct quantitative analysis to provide business insights to key stakeholders.
Key
Responsibilities Include:
Liaise with internal departments, developing strong working relationships while gathering and consolidating information on company forecasts including KPI/metrics used for regular reporting/monitoring/forecasting and for documenting business requirements Develop operating reports for operating departments and provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as required Develop statistical methods and statistical analysis which gather and analyze data to identify trends and to provide insight into opportunities and threats in the business.
Identify and implement opportunities for improvement of business processes

Job Requirements:
Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or related field CPA designation or enrollment in CPA program an asset3+ years of FP&A experience including providing advanced forecasting and reporting Strong experience with Data Analytics and ability to handle and manipulate large volumes of data Advanced Excel skills Excellent financial modelling skills Working knowledge of SQL is an asset SAP experience a must Salesforce experience is a plus
