Our client in the healthcare space is currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Financial Analyst to join their team. This position requires a dedicated professional who can efficiently handle financial tasks with little to no supervision.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support various operational needs.
Assist in preparing financial statements and general accounting tasks.
Collaborate with other team members to support overall department goals and objectives.
Quickly adapt to existing financial processes and contribute to process improvements.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to key stakeholders on financial performance trends.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including gathering data, performing analyses, and presenting findings to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably in the healthcare or governmental sectors.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with financial reporting software.
