Position OverviewReporting to the Sr. Manager, Finance, the Financial Analyst, Supply Chain is responsible for shipment creation, GIT Accruals, and budgeting & forecasting for inventory. In addition, the Financial Analyst will be the key business partner for the Director of Supply Chain and provide with meaningful financial insight and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Thoroughly verify volume and price details against corresponding Purchase Orders (POs) within the system, cross-referencing them with shipment documents provided by vendors.

Accurately create shipments within the system, ensuring seamless processing and documentation of transactions.

Thoroughly compare and reconcile the goods received in transit for FOB products during the current month with the inventory physically present and accounted for the warehouse.

Conduct and complete: Weekly Inventory Valuation report, Monthly Inventory Continuity by Transaction type, Update Product Costing Price-Volume-Mix analysis in power point.

Maintain Inventory/COGs Model for budgeting and forecasting.

Drive process improvement projects and streamline shipment creation, monthly reports, budgeting, forecasting, and trade spend management systems.

Consistently uphold and actively contribute to the automation of reporting processes by leveraging advanced tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau.

Ideal Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance

2+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting

Demonstrated self-starter with effective communication skills.

Goal-oriented leader with a high attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

Experience managing a growing environment with changing deadlines and priorities.

Knowledgeable about CPG industry and cross-category management.

Expertise to effectively support both finance and nonfinance departments within the organization.

ERP Experience with Pronto is an asset.

Working knowledge of Power BI would be an asset.
