Our client, a large public company and an industry leader is looking to hire a Financial Analyst for a 6 month contract. This role will report to the Corporate Accounting Manager and will play a key role supporting the corporate Accounting team with reconciliations, financial analysis and P&L review.
The main responsibilities include the following;
Preparing and posting monthly journal entries
Preparation of the corporate balance sheet reconciliations
Preparing and posting the monthly lease accounting entries
Corporate P&L review, ensuring the transactions are properly coded
To be considered for this opportunity, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;
Having worked with a mid to large size company in the past doing a similar job
Need to be comfortable working in an environment with a high volume of transactions
Strong technical Accounting skills
Strong MS Excel skills
***This role will start off up to 5 days a week in office, then will move to hybrid
