The Finance & Operations Manager will oversee accounting operations including Accounts Payable and Receivable, payroll, and general ledger management. This hands-on leadership role requires collaboration with sales, production, and logistics teams to improve performance. You will also focus on financial analysis, budgeting, and continuous process improvement to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
• Manage inventory controls and purchasing processes
• Enhance operational efficiency and productivity through team collaboration
• Lead and mentor finance and administrative team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA designation preferred
• 5+ years in finance/accounts with leadership experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in manufacturing or related fields
