The All-New Vernon Nissan is looking to add an experienced Finance Manager. We have an opening for someone experienced that is looking to work 4 days per week and earn between $150k -$180k annually. We currently have 24 different lenders, including 8 different manufacturers within our Group and 6 different RV manufacturers. We also offer an in-house leasing portfolio, if we can’t get people approved then nobody in Canada can get them approved. We have proven systems in place along with providing top tier training at the Group, Private and Various Vendor training seminars/bootcamps throughout Canada. We have an experienced team to help you grow both personally and professionally, leading to increased productivity and of course increased income. Our current Finance Manager will earn $280- $300k in 2024 but it’s too many turns so we are looking at dividing up the workload and also increasing GP by having enough time to service each client properly. Duties:
Present and close vehicle financing and insurance to customers
Provide customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products, extended warranties, life and disability insurance for the agreement, and additional accessories
Thoroughly disclose all financial and product information pertaining to the customer’s agreement
Complete a detailed and accurate computer-printed bill of sale
Maintain good working relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources in accordance with federal and provincial regulations that affect the new and used vehicle finance department
Receive and receipt customer deposits/partial payments
Produce, print and package the necessary documents for vehicle delivery
Research, organize, and pay-out vehicle liens on vehicles being traded in by clients
Support the Sales Consultants to close customer sales either on the showroom floor or finance office
Contribute to sales meetings with respect to products and service within the finance office
Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s finance and extended service programs
Remain abreast on all product knowledge, finance options, promotions, value-add products/services, servicing plans, and industry trends
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years in an Automotive Sales or similar Finance Management role
A passion for people and the automotive industry
Strong relationship building and closing skills
VSA license
Hours:
Full-time; 4 days per week
Pay plan:
$150,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
