Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I) – Wilson Ford Ltd.

Wilson Ford Ltd. is looking for an energetic and motivated Finance & Insurance Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide customers through vehicle financing and protection options
- Build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Present warranty, protection, and insurance products with confidence
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Automotive F&I experience preferred (or equivalent) we will train the right person!
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Professional, positive, and customer-first attitude
- Organized and detail-oriented
- French not required but considered an asset
License/Certification:
- Driving License
- Criminal background check
- Driver’s abstract
- OMVIC – can complete once hired!
