In this pivotal role, you will act as the financial liaison for Personal Lines leadership, shaping financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. With a focus on delivering strategic support and decision-making insights, your expansive knowledge in finance will help drive operational success. You will lead monthly reviews, identify risks and opportunities, and advocate for reporting needs across the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as finance partner to Personal Lines leadership
• Support annual budgeting and monthly plan management
• Prepare executive-level financial reporting for management
• Collaborate on strategic objectives with cross-functional partners
• Monitor financial performance against forecasts and plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• 5-7 years in finance or business analysis, insurance industry preferred
• CPA, CFA, or MBA designation is an asset
• Strong financial planning and management reporting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
