We are currently seeking licensed life insurance agents who are looking to increase production, improve their client acquisition, and build a long-term financial services practice.
This opportunity is best suited for agents who are already licensed but not producing at the level they know they are capable of.
Common challenges we see:
• Low contract levels with no clear path to increase compensation
• Inconsistent lead conversion despite ongoing marketing spend
• Limited support when it comes to closing and client strategy
• Managing compliance and administrative work independently
• Pressure to recruit before establishing personal production
High-performing agents do not struggle due to a lack of effort. In most cases, the issue is the environment, systems, and support structure.
