Key skills include managing financial contracts, booking meetings, and compiling expense reports to ensure compliance and accuracy. You will also play a vital role in grant management and budget preparations while collaborating closely with the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for Finance leadership

• Compile and process expense reports for the leadership team

• File finance contracts and communicate with department managers

• Assist with budget preparations and grant management activities

• Review documents for accuracy, format, and grammar

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in finance or related field

• Minimum one year of finance administrative experience

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Ability to work independently and exercise discretion
