Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair wind turbine generators
• Assist with 24/7 operational support tasks
• Conduct and support safety analyses on-site
• Complete Root Cause Analyses for failures
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities
Requirements:
• High school diploma preferred; technical certification advantageous
• 0-1 year of experience preferred in wind industry
• Capable of working with high-voltage systems
• Experience handling standard tools and safety gear
• Availability for rotating shifts and travel as needed
