The Field Service Technician is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in the mechanical field.
As a Field Service Technician, you will be providing great customer service while you learn how to install and repair single and multi-functional office equipment and supporting software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, repair and maintain Single-function / multi-functional and company products and systems at customer sites
- Perform equipment service on a required basis within specific time parameters
- Respond to customer calls in a prompt and efficient manner
- Complete preventative maintenance according to regular schedules
- Maintain all Company tools and materials, including an accurate inventory of parts
- Communicate with the Supervisor regularly on all aspects of service
- Complete required service and equipment performance reports
- Comply with established operational standards
To Succeed, You Will Need
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience with network connectivity
- Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to apply computer technology to customer requirements for networked products and systems solutions
- Post secondary technical/technologist course in electronics
- Customer Service aptitude
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certification is an asset
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Some travel outside of your region will be required occasionally

The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate’s skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
- Compensation Range $50,000-$56,300 (base salary + travel allowance) annually.
