Field Service Technician Intern

Your responsibilities

Gain experience and training in ABB safety programs and procedures, and applying to work tasks.

Assist with providing on-site technical support for customers.

Gain experience in troubleshooting, testing, installation, and electrical procedures related to commissioning and verification of customer equipment.

Participate in Project Management coordination, logistics of resources and spare parts for site Service jobs.

Suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service.

Your background

General understanding of AC/DC electrical theory.

Enrolled in an electrical/ industrial College program with a focus on electrical equipment/theory.

Strong mechanical aptitude & interest.

Ability to travel to domestic sites within Province up to 25% of time and having a driver’s license.

A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
