Field Service Specialist- Windows and Doors Jobs in Oshkosh, WI at Lueck’s Home Improvement
We are looking to hire the right candidate to join our team as a Field Specialist at Lueck’s Home Improvements. In this role you will work in the home improvement and commercial window and door industry. This is a full-time, year-round, blended position that combines hands-on field work with office-based commercial project support.
The ideal candidate for this role is customer-focused, flexible in their day-to-day responsibilities and comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment.
This role is approximately
- 50% Field & Warehouse Technician
- 50% Commercial Project Assistant
Field & Warehouse Duties
- Perform repairs and service work for windows, doors, and related exterior products
- Assist with installation support and troubleshooting
- Load, unload, organize, and inventory materials in the warehouse
- Maintain tools, equipment, and organization
- Deliver excellent customer service on-site and over the phone
- Work safely at heights using ladders and lifts when required
Commercial Assistant Duties
- Coordinate project materials and supplies
- Assist with commercial estimating and bid preparation
- Complete material take-offs from plans and specifications
- Communicate with General Contractors, customers, and installation crews
- Perform office and computer-based tasks
- Review project progress, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions
- Assist in the review of construction contracts, change orders, and invoicing
Skills and Qualifications
Candidates applying for this position must hold a valid driver’s license as they will be performing independent work in the field. Proficiency with the use of a tape measure is essential, along with proven experience working in a construction related trade. Applicants should be comfortable performing work in the outdoor weather and be committed to safety protocols on the job site.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
