As a Field Service Representative, you will support Arjo’s customers by delivering and picking up rented products when patients and caregivers need them most. You will exceed customer demands by reliably delivering products as efficiently as possible, ensuring patients and residents have access to necessary solutions that empower movement, thereby improving their quality of life.
As the Field Service Representative
, you will be responsible for:
- Performing deliveries and pick‑up using a 3‑ton or 5‑ton truck
- Preparing medical equipment and documentation for delivery
- Loading and unloading medical equipment from the delivery vehicle
- Providing customers with instructions to use the equipment safely and properly
- Processing delivery and pick‑up documentation onsite with medical staff as required
- Cleaning and processing medical equipment to quality standards
- Presenting the highest level of customer etiquette in all patient/customer interactions
There are no specific skills requirements for this role except a valid driver’s license, as we will provide all the training you will need to be successful.
