You will be performing door-to-door sales within the Kitsilano and Dunbar region, generating leads for our professional, trusted trade partners. This lead generation sales role is highly rewarding for the right application who will apply themselves to drive sales, whilst being involved in our fast paced and rapidly growing company. Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned territory through prospecting and networking.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
· Conduct product presentations showcase the benefits of conducting services through BC Home Improvement Club.
· Deliver persuasive sales proposals tailored to address the specific requirements of each customer.
· Collaborate with internal teams such as the Field Sales Manager and our trade partners to coordinate seamless project execution and exceed customer expectations.
· Capitalise the most out of each potential lead. Ensure lead generation is efficient.
· Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate insightful reports for review with the Field Sales Manager to ensure lead generation is consistently uplifting.
Qualifications:
· Experience and proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability of building rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively whilst dealing with potential leads.
· Computer proficiency in various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resourceful team player with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
