Job Description:
We are seeking a Field Operations employee with overall experience in most building phases and the necessary skills required to perform the position. The ideal candidate will be highly-motivated and dependable individual, along with being a team player.
Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Laboring – working with shovel or broom, cleanup and loading or moving of materials, pouring concrete footings, etc.
- Carpentry – building walls, stairs, bracing, blocking, safety rails, installing doors and windows. etc.
- Punchout – pre and post home occupancy punchout including repairing minor cosmetic issues, paint touch ups, cleaning smudges on surfaces, repairing or replacing defective work or damaged materials, addresses incomplete work such as unfinished trim or missing hardware, running appliances and HAVC equipment to be sure it is functional and in good working order, confirming the projects [specifications and client expectations have been met.
- Documentation of deficiencies and completion of the same.
- Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills:
- 3-5 Years of overall experience.
- Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with co-workers.
- Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
- Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety.
