You’ll report to the Operational Excellence Team Leader, taking the lead on multiple projects impacting key operational areas like Supply Chain and Quality.
Your role involves utilizing the DMAIC framework for data-driven improvements and collaborating with diverse teams. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in training staff to uphold lean practices and drive sustainable enhancements across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects to enhance operational processes
• Collect and analyze operational data following DMAIC
• Support the launch of new manufacturing equipment
• Conduct training sessions for various teams
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements:
• Engineering or related field degree
• Minimum 1-year experience in lean manufacturing
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred
• Strong Excel and VBA proficiency
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform preferred
