Brady Fence Co., Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable Fence Laborer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn the trade and advance within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation of various types of fencing (chain link, vinyl, wood, ornamental)
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Dig post holes and set posts (manual and powered equipment)
- Measure, cut, and assemble fencing components
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support crew leaders and work as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with others

Location: Yard is in Cold Brook, NY with travel to job sites throughout New York State.
