Fence & Deck Connection is seeking experienced Fence Installer Subcontractor Crews to support our growing operations in the Savannah, Georgia market. We are looking for professional, reliable, and safety-focused subcontractor teams with experience installing residential and commercial fencing products including vinyl, aluminum, wood, and chain link fencing.

- Experienced fence installation subcontractor crews
- Ability to complete installations safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage jobsite cleanliness and professionalism
- Commitment to quality workmanship and meeting production schedules
- Ability to work throughout the Savannah and surrounding Georgia market
Subcontractor Requirements-Subcontractors must provide and maintain:
- Active business entity registration
- Valid W-9 and applicable tax documentation
- General liability insurance
- Active workers’ compensation insurance coverage
- Reliable transportation, trucks, and trailers
- All necessary installation tools and equipment
- Experienced installation crew members
- Valid driver’s licenses for crew members operating vehicles
- Any required contractor licenses or registrations applicable to the jurisdictions where work is performed
- Compliance with company safety expectations and OSHA requirements
Preferred Equipment & Capabilities
- Augers and post-setting equipment
- Trailers and hauling capabilities
- Compressors, generators, and installation tools
- Ability to independently complete residential fence installations
- Two- to four-person crews preferred
Preferred Experience
- Vinyl fence installation
- Wood fence installation
- Aluminum fence installation
- Chain link fence installation
- Gate installation
- Fence tear-outs and replacements
- Reading layouts, measurements, and installation specifications
- Working in residential customer environments
