About the Job
You’ll work with our installation crew building wood, chain link and steel fencing throughout Anchorage and surrounding areas. We’re looking for people who show up, work hard, communicate well, and take pride in the finished product.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install fencing materials accurately
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely
- Follow jobsite safety practices
- Work efficiently as part of a crew
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Complete basic paperwork including work orders and time sheets
- Help keep jobsites clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Construction, carpentry, or fencing experience
- Ability to work outdoors in Alaska weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Good measuring and basic carpentry skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred but Not Required
- Fence installation experience
- Equipment operation experience
- Carpentry certifications
