Role Responsibilities

- Monitor market trends and adjust production strategies to maximize profitability.
- Maintain accurate records related to production, inventory, compliance, and operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to agricultural regulations, environmental standards, and workplace safety requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support operational goals and project execution.
- Communicate progress, updates, and operational insights clearly through written reports and verbal updates.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a farmer, rancher, or agricultural manager.
- Strong knowledge of modern farming techniques, resource management, and agricultural regulations.
- Experience leading teams and managing agricultural operations or projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with farm management software and remote collaboration tools.
