Role Responsibilities
- Encourage individuals and families to develop practical strategies to manage conflicts and life challenges.
- Conduct interviews and guided discussions to help clients understand emotions, behaviors, and relationship dynamics.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation, including progress notes and evaluations.
- Provide counseling and guidance on relationship issues, parenting challenges, separation, and financial or household stressors.
- Contribute professional insights to train and improve AI tools supporting mental health services.
- Collaborate with remote teams and leadership to maintain effective communication and service delivery.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist with strong clinical documentation practices.
- Proficiency in medical billing and practice management software, including PMA, EZ2Bill Confidant, EZClaim, Psych Advantage, Medisoft, SumTime, and SOS Case Manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Google Meet, and Zoom.
- Ability to develop and execute evidence-based treatment plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with empathy and clarity.
- Comfortable working remotely using digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary and technology-driven environments.
