Location – This role is in-person. Work primarily takes place at North Campus, Edmonton.
The Department of Chemistry invites applications for a Faculty Lecturer for the 2026-27 and 2027-28 Academic Years.
Reporting to the Department Chair, this position is responsible for teaching core analytical chemistry courses (CHEM 211, 213, 313), as well as assisting with introductory chemistry courses (CHEM 101, 102, 103, 105) or introductory environmental chemistry courses (CHEM 303, 305), as needed. Expectations are that the appointee would teach one to three lecture sections per academic term. Teaching would be undertaken primarily during the fall and/or winter terms, with the potential of teaching during the spring term.
