Key Responsibilities:
• Manage faculty appointment, reappointment, and promotion processes
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Address complex HR issues across academic departments
• Liaise with Payroll and Faculty Relations for faculty matters
• Supervise Assistant Managers and HR staff
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum five years of related experience
• Knowledge of university policies and HR processes
• Strong technical and analytical skills
