Daily tasks will include greeting visitors, addressing inquiries, and patrolling to uphold safety regulations. Your client service skills will play a crucial role in enhancing the experience for armed forces personnel using the facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage visitor access to the facility
• Greet clients and address their inquiries
• Patrol to ensure safety and compliance
• Offer exemplary customer service
• Enforce facility rules and regulations
Requirements:
• High school diploma with relevant experience
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience in a similar environment
• Strong client focus and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
