Position Overview:
We are hiring a Facility Cleaner & Kitchen Helper to join our production team. This position is essential to maintaining our sanitation standards and keeping the environment safe and compliant. If you take pride in keeping things spotless and care about food safety, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Clean and sanitize floors, surfaces, and production equipment daily
- Wash dishes, trays, and tools used in production
- Assist with pre- and post-production cleaning tasks
- Follow strict hygiene, food safety, and PPE protocols
- Maintain cleaning checklists and sanitation logs (HACCP/GMP)
- Support general kitchen duties as needed
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in cleaning (preferably in a food or healthcare setting)
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Able to lift up to 50 lb and work on your feet for long periods
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Food Safe Level 1 is an asset (but not required — we’ll train the right person)
- Strong work ethic and team player attitude
Wage & Schedule:
- Hourly wage: $18.50
- Part time, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch + two paid 10-minute breaks daily
