As the Facilities Manager, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and tackle daily maintenance tasks across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include hands-on repairs, site walkthroughs, and managing contractor projects to maintain facility excellence. You will play a crucial role in supporting renovations and ensuring tenant satisfaction while proactively preventing issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily walkthroughs and identify maintenance needs
• Perform routine repairs, snow removal, and upkeep
• Oversee contractors for specialized work and renovations
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and track repairs
• Respond to tenant requests in a timely manner
Requirements:
• 3–7+ years in facilities or building maintenance
• Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Ability to handle physical maintenance tasks
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions
