The position is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility. Plans, organizes, supervises, coordinates and controls the activities of the plant operations, maintenance, clinical engineering and security functions which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utility systems and grounds of the facility and offices in an operative and safe working condition.
Duties to include
- Fire drills
- Managing Housekeeping staff
- Training staff in fire safety
- Basic maintenance requests from residents
- Room turns
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50 – $21.00 per hour
