About Us
Pagoda Services provides landscape maintenance, facilities upkeep, and property care for private residences and a private school campus in the Lake Travis / Spicewood area. We’re a small operation looking for a reliable, self-motivated team member who takes pride in their work and can handle a variety of tasks across multiple properties.
What You’ll Do
Landscape & Grounds Maintenance
- Mowing, edging, weeding, leaf cleanup, and seasonal landscaping across residential and commercial properties
- Tree and shrub trimming
- Irrigation system maintenance, troubleshooting, and seasonal adjustments
- General grounds upkeep to keep properties looking their best year-round
Facilities & Janitorial (School Campus)
- Weekly interior cleaning including classrooms, common areas, and bathrooms
- Seasonal preventative maintenance (HVAC filter changes, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, weather prep, etc.)
- General odd jobs and minor repairs as needed
- Setup and breakdown for school events as needed
Private Residences
- Landscape maintenance for residential clients in the Lake Travis / Spicewood area
- Property upkeep tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, self-directed, and comfortable working independently across multiple job sites
- Experience with landscaping, irrigation systems, and/or janitorial work
- Able to work outdoors in Texas heat and handle physical tasks (lifting, bending, operating equipment)
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A positive attitude and willingness to handle whatever the day brings
