Job Overview
Unique Exterior Ninjas Ltd specializes in gutter installation, soffits, fascia, and exterior maintenance. We are expanding and seeking a skilled Exterior Technician to join our team.
VERY IMPORTANT
This work is mostly on heights. If you are not comfortable working on heights, this position is not a good fit for you.
Responsibilities
- Install gutters, downspouts, soffits, and fascia.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete installations.
- Perform minor siding repairs and general exterior maintenance.
- Perform caulking, painting, restoration work, and construction finishing tasks as needed.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairs during installation projects to ensure proper functioning of systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and proper tool handling procedures.
- Assist in the training of apprentices or new team members when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience with hand tools, carpentry, construction, or related fields.
- Skills in caulking, restoration, construction painting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
