We Are Looking For Proven In-Home Sales Professionals
Trinity Roofing is expanding and actively seeking experienced sales professionals who are already proven in high-ticket residential sales environments.
This position is designed for closers who want:
- Larger deal sizes

Compensation Structure Commission-Based Compensation
Earn commission on:
- Roof replacements
- Siding replacements
- Skylight replacements
- Gutter systems
Average Deal Size
- Typical project values range from $24,000–$32,000
- Larger premium projects available regularly
Income Potential
Top consultants have the ability to generate:
- $200,000–$350,000+ annually
Bonus Opportunity
- $10,000 annual performance bonus available for consultants generating $1.25M+ in annual sales
