Job Overview
We are hiring 2 skilled Spray Painters for the exterior season, with opportunities to work on cabinet refinishing projects as well.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in spray applications who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
- Spray exterior surfaces (siding, stucco, aluminum, etc.) using airless/HVLP systems
- Work safely on ladders (30–40 ft)
- Mask windows, trim, soffits, and surrounding areas
- Perform pressure washing as part of prep work
- Assist with cabinet refinishing (removal, prep, spraying, reinstalling)
- Conduct touch-ups and ensure high-quality finishes
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety protocols and company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with spray painting (airless and/or HVLP systems)
- Experience with exterior painting (required)
- Cabinet refinishing experience (asset – training available)
- Comfortable working at heights and performing physical labour
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work occasional weekends during peak season

Pay: $17.62-$25.00 per hour

Experience:
- spray painting/painting: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
