Overview
We are seeking an experienced Stitcher Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stitching operations, with additional skills in warehouse and machinery management. This role is vital to ensuring high-quality production standards and efficient workflow within our facility. The Stitcher Operator will work closely with other manufacturing and packaging teams to meet production goals and maintain safety protocols. Operator will be in charge of setting up & Running Machine. Minimum 5 Years experience operating & setting up stitchers
Duties
- Operate industrial stitching machines to assemble and finish products according to specifications
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance or adjustments as needed
- Ensure consistent quality of stitched products, inspecting for defects or inconsistencies
- Assist with packaging finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and handling
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory of materials and finished products
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Support machining processes when necessary, including setup and minor repairs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Stitcher Operator or in a similar manufacturing role involving bindery finishing
- Must have minimum 5-10 Years setting up, & Operating a Stitcher
- Mechanical knowledge related to commercial stitching machines and basic troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality stitched products consistently
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety guidelines
- Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse settings is highly desirable
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical instructions accurately
Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
