Become a leader as an Experienced Restaurant Manager at our establishment. Oversee daily operations, enhance customer service, and manage inventory in a full-time, in-person role.
We are looking for candidates with a solid background in restaurant management, ideally with 3 to 5 years of experience. You’ll evaluate operations, conduct performance reviews, and implement effective marketing strategies while adhering to health and safety regulations. This role is exclusively located at our restaurant; remote work is not an option.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess daily restaurant operations for efficiency
• Organize and manage day-to-day tasks
• Balance cash and manage reports accurately
• Maintain and manage inventory levels
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
Requirements:
• Must have a secondary school graduation certificate
• 3 to 5 years of restaurant management experience
• On-site work is mandatory; no remote options
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers
• Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in Canada
