Job Description
We are looking for dependable and motivated painters to join our team. This position involves working on residential interior and exterior painting projects throughout the Treasure Valley and Valley County areas.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, masking)
- Paint interiors and exteriors using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Travel to various job locations throughout the service area
- Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards
Qualifications
- Painting experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation (travel required between job sites)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable climbing ladders and handling physical work
