$35–$40 per Hour + $4,000 Sign-On Bonus | West Branch, Michigan
P3SG is hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a direct-hire opportunity with a leading home healthcare provider serving patients throughout West Branch, Michigan and surrounding communities. This role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule, limited on-call responsibilities, mileage reimbursement, and the opportunity to work independently while delivering high-quality respiratory care in the home setting.
This opportunity is ideal for respiratory therapists with experience in home healthcare, ventilator management, DME, LTACH, critical care, or pulmonary care who are seeking greater autonomy and meaningful patient interaction.
Position Details
Location: West Branch, Michigan
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Pay Range: $35–$40 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Sign-On Bonus: $4,000
Coverage Area: West Branch and surrounding communities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and patient evaluations
- Manage oxygen therapy, PAP therapy, and ventilator patients
- Adjust ventilator settings according to physician orders
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and therapy compliance
- Troubleshoot respiratory equipment issues
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Provide ongoing patient follow-up and support
- Participate in limited after-hours respiratory coverage as needed
Requirements
· Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credential
· Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience (post-licensure)
· Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
· Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
· Strong patient assessment and communication skills
· Must reside within 50 miles of West Branch, MI or be willing to relocate
Preferred Qualifications
- Home Health experience
- DME experience
- Ventilator patient management experience
- Clinical leadership or preceptor experience
- Territory-based patient care experience
