Reporting to the COGEN Shift Supervisor, you’ll oversee the efficient function of gas turbines and steam turbines along with a demineralized water treatment plant.
Your role encompasses monitoring safety procedures, conducting chemical analyses, and collaborating in teamwork-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control gas and steam turbines employing state-of-the-art technology
• Manage demineralized water treatment operations
• Support safe chemical delivery handling
• Perform chemical analysis for steam and boiler water systems
• Engage in safety practices and procedures
Requirements:
• 2nd class power engineering license in Saskatchewan required
• Minimum of 5 years as a power engineer
• Relevant experience in power generation equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
