Who This Role Is For
You’re a good fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of painting experience
- Can cut clean lines without tape (or very minimal)
- Understand prep: patching, sanding, caulking, masking properly
- Take pride in your work and don’t rush just to finish faster
- Show up on time and communicate clearly
- Can work independently and stay productive without being babysat
