We are an established, rapidly growing new construction painting company based in the St. George area. We have recently secured an exclusive multi-home contract with a prominent, premier custom home builder in Washington County, ensuring a steady, reliable, and high-volume backlog of local work.
Our upcoming project pipeline spans from high-efficiency residential spec builds to multi-million dollar architectural custom estates across the region (including Entrada, Ivins, and Santa Clara). We pride ourselves on a professional, respectful, and safe work environment.

Core Responsibilities:
- Versatile Production: Seamlessly adapt execution styles between high-efficiency spec homes and highly detailed, high-end custom properties.
- Flawless Surface Prep: Meticulously sand, inspect, and prepare drywall for Level 5 smooth-wall and premium light-texture finishes.
- Advanced Trim & Kerfs: Expertly handle standard wood trim, 5-1/2" MDF paint-grade baseboards, and modern kerfed drywall door/window jamb returns.
- Premium Spraying & Cutting: Deliver clean airless spray finishes on walls, ceilings, Melrose-style interior doors, and sliding barn doors without runs, sags, or flashing. Maintain laser-sharp hand-cut lines.
- Specialty Coatings: Execute overhead timber staining/sealing in Great Rooms and apply high-performance 4-coat lacquer/acrylic finish systems to exterior entry doors.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5+ years of professional residential new construction or custom finish painting experience.
- Tools & Transport: Must have reliable transportation to local jobsites across the St. George area and basic professional hand tools (brushes, masking tools).
- Product Knowledge: Deep familiarity with commercial-tier product lines, specifically premium Sherwin-Williams wall, ceiling, and urethane trim coatings.
- Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, organized, and dedicated to maintaining a clean, professional job site.
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
