Looking for an opportunity to build high-quality outdoor spaces while working with a company focused on craftsmanship, design, and long-term growth?
TerraGreen is a growing landscape design/build company creating custom outdoor environments throughout the Pittsburgh area. Our work includes patios, retaining walls, steps, outdoor living spaces, landscape installations, and other custom landscape construction projects with a strong focus on quality installation and attention to detail.
We are currently looking for experienced hardscape installers to join our team immediately.
This is a physically active, hands-on outdoor position working alongside our crews on custom hardscape and landscape construction projects.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with the installation of patios, retaining walls, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and outdoor living spaces
- Site preparation including excavation, grading, base prep, and compaction
- Cutting and installing pavers, block, and natural stone materials
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently
- Working efficiently as part of a team to complete projects to high standards
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional jobsite
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior hardscape, masonry, construction, or related outdoor construction experience strongly preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Experience operating equipment is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
